Many people may not be aware of this fact, but the Bredimus family name goes all the way back to Roman times. So even though the Bredimus family was concentrated in what is now Luxembourg for nearly 2,000 years, they have been moving around the globe for over 100 years. Members of the Bredimus family, having connections to European aristocracy, moved to America in the 1800s and began making new lives for themselves.

The Bredimus Family Web site contains a history of the family written by one of the Bredimus aunts. It's very interesting.

You can read about Bredimus in Luxembourg itself. The town is also called Bredimus-Wasserbillig and Bredimus in Wasserbillig.

More Bredimus family references on the Web

Dawn Bredimus is mentioned in this Chamber of Commerce document. Kate Bredimus has a profile on Zoominfo. The European branch of the Bredimus family is mentioned on the Web, too. Josee Bredimus is mentioned on salto-youth.net.

You can read more about the town where the Bredimus family came from, Bredimus in Wasserbillig. It's good they found time to review and approve applications for new licenses.

The Arizona Board of Behvaior Health Examiners was only created in 1989 for the purpose of certifying social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, and substance abuse counselors. The first certificates were not issued until 1990 but by 2000 more than 5800 professional counselors and therapists had been licensed in the State of Arizona. Certification became mandatory on January 1, 2004.

Joshua Bredimus: Massage from Thailand and Sweden

Joshua Bredimus co-wrote a study comparing Thai massage to Swedish massage.

How does one compare massage technique? Don't know what happened to Kate Bredimus.

Well, we found this little press release on Richmond.com's Web site. It explains what happened to Kate Bredimus:

Replacing Curran in her former role of associate editor is Kate Bredimus. Bredimus joined Richmond.com in 2001 and began writing the Web site?s music column, "The Scene." In 2003, Bredimus was promoted to music editor. In her new role as associate editor, Bredimus will continue covering the Richmond arts and entertainment scene as well as the music beat. Before joining Richmond.com, Bredimus attended Virginia Tech where she graduated in 1999 with a degree in English.

So, Kate moved up but not out.
